Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://glossyfinishmore.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Glossy Finish and More markets and arranges Hand Car Wash, Paint Correction, Auto Ceramic Coating, Car Waxing, Auto Polishing, Interior Deep Clean. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://glossyfinishmore.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Glossy Finish and More or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
End of Use. Glossy Finish and More may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
No Warranties. Glossy Finish and More disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Damages. Glossy Finish and More is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Glossy Finish and More against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Law and Venue. GA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in GA.
